Travel routes
Jena is reachable by train on the German rail network. Travel information and tickets are available at Deutsche Bahn.
The nearest major airports are Frankfurt and Berlin (see Google Maps for an overview). There are regular train connections between those airports and Jena, their railway stations are called Frankfurt(M) Flughafen and Flughafen BER.
You can also reach Jena by car on the A4 motorway.
